You give Plotiva and the service providers it uses permission to store, process, transform and display that content as needed to provide the features you request, including AI processing and publishing. You must have permission to use the brochures, photographs, plans, trademarks and other material you provide.
Review before publishing
AI-generated text and extracted information can contain mistakes. Review prices, measurements, availability, addresses, approvals, legal disclosures and all other claims before publishing. Plotiva does not verify property ownership, project approvals or investment claims and does not provide legal, financial or property advice.
Responsible use
Do not use Plotiva for misleading listings, impersonation, unlawful content, unsolicited messages, infringement, malware or attempts to access other people's accounts or data. Only collect and use visitor information when you have the appropriate permission and disclosures.
Property enquiries and transactions
Plotiva provides website tools and is not a party to transactions between property businesses and buyers. The business publishing a website is responsible for its offers, property claims, enquiries and agreements. Visitors should independently check property details before making a decision.
Features and availability
Features and usage limits can vary by plan and may change as the product develops. If a paid service is offered, review the price, billing period and applicable purchase terms before paying.
