When you register or sign in, account information such as your email address and authentication details is processed to provide access to your workspace. Project names, property details, brochures, images, floor plans and edits you submit are stored and processed to build and manage your websites.
AI processing
When you use AI features, relevant uploaded material and project content may be sent to external AI providers to extract information or generate content. The service supports Anthropic and fallback providers through OpenRouter and Groq; the provider used depends on the service configuration and availability. Upload only material you are entitled to share, and avoid including personal or confidential information that is unnecessary for your website.
Publishing and enquiries
Publishing makes the selected website content accessible to visitors and potentially search engines. When a visitor submits an enquiry, information such as their name, contact details, message and property interest is provided to the business managing that property website. That business is responsible for how it uses the enquiry and for any subsequent communications.
Usage and security information
The service processes operational events, page views, device categories and performance information to operate the product and report website activity. Hosting and security services also process technical request information to deliver pages and prevent abuse. The published-site analytics code respects the browser's Do Not Track signal.
Service providers and storage
Hosting, authentication, database, storage and AI services process information needed to deliver their functions. Information may be processed in countries other than your own, depending on the providers and infrastructure used. Links to WhatsApp and other external services are governed by those services' own privacy practices.
Keeping and removing information
Project information is kept to support your saved projects and published websites. You can edit project content, unpublish a website or delete a project using the available dashboard controls. Unpublishing does not itself delete the underlying project. Operational records, backups and copies held by search engines or recipients may remain separately; removing a website does not recall information already shared.
Your choices
You can choose what to upload and publish, manage available project controls, and control cookies through your browser. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or erase personal information, object to processing, withdraw consent or raise a complaint. For an enquiry sent to a property business, use the contact details on that property website to reach the business holding it.
